IRISH MEMBERS OPPOSE WAR CHARGES. [PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION ] LoNnoJJ, April 7. — The Irish members nre opposed to tbe proposal to make Ireland pay quota towards war charges. An active Unionist campaign is going on in the provinces. Speeches were delivered by Mr Goßchon at Newcastle, Sir H. James at Bury, Duke of Devonshire at Bristol, and Lord R. Churchill at Liverpool. The last named declared that tbe Home Rule bill was knavish and tyrannical. Mr Hogan, M.P. for Limerick, haß given notice to ask Mr Gladstone whether the Government will legislate in the direction of prohibiting a display of Orange emblems, as is done in Australia.
