ULSTER MANIFESTO. MUSTER OF 100,000 UNIONISE. [per pbkss association, I : London, March 17— The Ulster Defence | Union have issued a manifesto signed by the Duke of Abercorn, Marqus of Londonderry, Earl of Erne and others convening an assembly of 600 elected delegates in Belfast, who may be authorised to declare the policy and direct the actions of Ulster Unionists. i _ The Daily Telegraph asserts it is intended to marshall a hundred thousand Unionists, supported by a million of money.
