HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY.
The Show was large'y patronised this afternoon and the visitord expressed their admiration ut the profusion and quality of the exhibits, and the adiuirablo way they were arranged. Tho Show will bo open ' this evening, when the majority of the townspeople will avail themselves of the opportunity of visiting this popular institution
The tlawera Horticultural Association's annual show takes p'aco on Wednesday next, the 30th November. Entries close ■with the Secretary, Mr A. G. Brett, on Monday next, at 9 p.m.
