DYNAMITING A NEIGHBOUR. Melbourne, May 3. As the result of a neighbors' quarrel at Brunswick, a Mrs Rycman blew up a Mr Chatfield's house with dynamite. The building was wrecked, and Chatfield was extricated in a critical state. His wife and child, fortunately, were abseut at the time. Mrs Rycman afterwards tried tc commit suicide with the help of a dynamite cartridge, and succeeded in badly mangling herself.
