Claim, £1 2s sd, and costs £1 11s. T. Flintoff v. T. Inch. Claim, £4 13s 3d, and costs 7a, Sauio v. J. Miachewski. Claim, £2 10s, and costs 7s. Same v. 11. Robinson. Claim, £3 Is Sd, and costs 7s. Application Take Evidence. — John Mill v. Sarah Cassell. Claim, £5 12s Gd . Defendant, for whom Mr Hoy appeared, applied to lm^ c her evidence taken. The plaintiff sued for keep of tho defendant's daughter's children at Wellington, whero I the caBO will bo heard. Defendant and her two grandaughter's gave evidence. The Court rose.
