MR R. H. GIBSON'S LECTURE;
There was a large attendance at the meeting of the Mutual Improvement Society, in the Liardet-street Schoolroom, on Thursday night, to hear Mr R. H. Gibson deliver his lecture, on " Personal Recollec tions of a Tour in Norway and Sweden." vi r N. K. Macdiarmid was in the chair. Mr Gibson's lecture was a very able one, the descriptions of life and scenery in the Scandinavian Peninsula being particularly vivid and entertaining.
