Assets. — Book debts for cattle sold, £18 ; buggy and harness, £15 ; a Redeemer colt, £12 ; black filly, £10 ; roan horse, £7 ; bay mare, " Toi," £5 ; bay mare, " St. Albans," £16 ; bay filly, " Cocksure," £8 ; bay filly ,yearling, £5 ; roan colt, yearling, £5 ; 9 cows at 355, £15 15s ; 3 heifere at 12s, £1 16s ; watch, £2 10s ; tools ss.— -Total £121 <3s.

Liabilities. — Secured creditors, Bank of New Zealand (Manaia), £200 lls ; moiety of overdraft of Read Bros., secured by mortgage. Rahotu farm £600, (security sees 91 and 86, block 1, Opunako Survey District, 180 acres at £4, £720). Total secured creditors £800 lls.
