Monday, April 28. — Before C. C. Kett'e, Esq., lUJ., T. King, Esq., J.P., and R. Parris, Esq., J.P. Mr Standish, for tlio Crown, applied for a further remand for a week. In answer to this, the accused, through the interpreter (Major Brown), said he did not wibh an adjournment.
