Monday, April 28. — Before C. C. Kett'e, Esq., lUJ., T. King, Esq., J.P., and R. Parris, Esq., J.P. THE MDRDEIt IN THE RECREATION GKOUN'D. l\Mabi Kui. on remand, charged with the murder of Stephen Maloney on April 11, was* brought up again. Mr Standish, for tlio Crown, applied for a further remand for a week. In answer to this, the accused, through the interpreter (Major Brown), said he did not wibh an adjournment. He was asked the ground k of hit, objections, when ho replied that his reason was that this day was fixed, and that there should be no further postponement.
