The meeting will be conducted under the rules of the Wanganui Caledonian Society (hs far na practicable). Nominations for nil handicap events to be in the hunde ot the Secretary by 9 p.m. on MONDAY, 24th March, 1890, accompanied oy th» nectssary amount in cash, and also all performances for the previous two years ; if nominators have not ruß during that time, the last three .performances to be given. Handicaps will be declared on Saturday, 29th March. Acceptances on the ground 15 minutes before starting. Competitors to wear propir athletic costumeß.
