They are not Obliged to Become Shareholders, consequently are not dependent on the profits of the Society for CHBsation of payments, and are not compelled to keep dragging on with tbeir subscriptions ;loug after the time they expected. THERE ARE NO STOPPAGES WHATEVBR FROM advances, either as Commission Bonuß, or back payments, there is no series to start from, loans coramnnce from the month in which the advance is made, and the BuGi«ty prepares the Mortgage Deed free of cost, in cases where the loan is tor £100 and over, and for a period exceeding three years — a concession grunted by very few, if any, other similar Societies. To persons who are paying rent, the advunta'^e of joining is obvious — by p lying to the Society for a limited number of they become purchasers of the property and make it a Freehold, a result never attained by paying rent to a Landlord.
