The Board's Meetings. — Mr. Andbews' motion, " That the Board should meet every three weeks, instead of fortnightly as at present," c&uie up for discussion. The mover said he would like to withdraw the motion now, if the other members would consent, as be had learned by the experience of the last two meetings that a longer interval between the meetings would not be advisable, as tho business of the Board could not be got through properly and in seasonable time. When he tabled the motion the business of the Board was not heavy, but, now he < said "they had all their time to get through the matter brought forward at the last two meetings, in anything like easy time. After some further discussion Mr. Andre ws was allowed to withdraw the motion, with the understanding that he pat it forward at some future time.
