RELATIONS BETWEEN AUSTRIA AND GERMANY.
Vienna, October 8. In the Reicbrath, to-day, Comte de Taffete, President of the Council of Ministers, stated there was no ground to apprehend any loosening of the close and trustful relations now existing between Austria and Germany. CHOLERA AT ROME. Rome, October 8. An outbreak of oholera has occurred here, and some mortality has already taken place.
