Oh Saturday I soM section 71, Fitzroy West, for £43, to Collingwood Brothers. At the rooms, but few things were sold—potatoes made Gs; geese, 23 each ; and sundries at usual prices. On Tuesday I held a sale at fruit, when prices were low, on account of the large shipments that have come forward lately. Very inferior peache3 m&de from 5s to 9s 6d ; andgood do, from lls 6d to 12s 6d per case ; green gages made 5s to 6s Gd ; and other kinds from 4s to 5s Gd. On Wednesday I held a sale of the balance of Mr. W. R. King's furniture, when prices were, as a rule, in favor of buyers.
