The administration of the wills of persons who by appointing the Publio Trustee as their executor BPeure the guarantee of the State for tho due fulfilment of their wishes, and avoid the risk consequent on the appointment of private persons as executors, who not unfrequently, though earnestly desirous of acting for the benefit of parties interested, fail to carry out legally the objects for which they were appointed, and those whose inteiests they aro striving to protect in costly and harassing litigation. 3. Those who wish to be repreecxited at the International Exhibition to be held in Christchurch in March next should iuform us of their intentions. We have been connected with all the International Exhibitions held in the Colonies. At tho Into Adelaide Exhibition we represented 60 exhibitor, for which we received 10 fjo'd medals, 49 first awards, and one second — threoof which were New Zealand firms (D. Ktrang nnd J Martin, luvcioargill. and T. Bevan, Wellington). Our plan is to represent th" exhibitors, transact their business, fix the exhi'-its in their space, attend to the judging of cxhibitß, and anything necessary while the Exhibition remains open ; at tho closo re-pack, eend exhibits baok thereof, if required. It is very inconvenient for exhibitors to come to the Exhibition to fix their exhibits, which amounts to an expeuse, besides tho loss of time which must necessarily be expended on them. Then, again, the exhibitors have a benefit: th-y hnvo no trouble of getting Bpnco; they let us know how mucli ia required, and we g«st it for them, a« we have a large amount granted to üb. Wo fix, ko., the exhibits on a better space than if they applied Ibemselvt'B ; our terms are moderate. We specially caution the publio against giving their exhinits to so-called Exhibition Agents, who go the rcund of Exhibitions and run exhibitors into debt and other difficulties. On account of our not being able to give exhibitors the exact amount of our fee, na it is impossible to do no until wo kDow the sizo of exhibit, they may relj on the amount Icing tnoßt rcasnuabln.
