Prices at present are purely nominal and without change. Milling wheat, 4s to 4s 2d per bushel ; second-class, from 3s 4d to 3s 8d per bashel. New wheat 4s per bushel. Flour is quoted at £10 10s a ton. Stout milling oats show no improvement, being now quoted at 2s to 2s Id a bushel ; feed oats, Is 10il to Is lid per bushel. Far barley the prices show no alteration; for good malting 3s tid ; for feed, 2s. to 2s 3d. Old potatoes not quoteable; new ditto, 4s to Gs a cwt. Cheese is in good" demand at 6d. perlb.; butter, s^d. to (sd. Hams and bacon in cloth, 7Jd. to Bd. Rye grass is being offered at 3s 6d to 48. Prices for cocksfoot rule about 3jd to 3sd per lb.
Live Stock. — Beef is quoted — prime, at 203 per lOOlbs.; seconds, 1 7s Gd per lOSlbs.; mutton, 1 Pigs, from 153 to 235.
