At a meeting of the Harbour Board last evening the Committee's report recommended. that the . length of the new (lock should he 500 feet, width between the copings, 90 feet, and depth of water on sill should he .SO feet. These recommendations if acted on will give Auckland the largest dock in the Colonies.
