STORMY WEATHER IN WELLINGTON. Wellington, July 23.
CHILD DROWNED. Auckland, July 22. A child two aud a-half years old, daughter of Keali nj, of Cox's Creek, was drowned in a pool of water while playing. FEMALE E.NSPLOYMENT ACT. The police are enforcing the Female Employment Act. Another conviction for the deteution of a girl beyond hoars was obtaijed in the Police Court to-day.
