Mr. Puckey, the Native Agent, reports that Penalia, through the action of Pukukino, has at last consentod to Epiha and Pakara being given up, lost the peace of Hauraki bo disturbed. It will take a week yet before matters aro finally concluded. Mr. Puckey, Native Agent, reports that Tukikino has asked for a few days grace. He expects Pakara and Epihn, will thomsolvos surrender by Friday,
