Tho Victorian Shipowners Association asseut that the shipping of New South Wales exceeds that of Victoria by 33,000 registered tous, although equal a fow years since. It is intended to prosocute tho directors aud manager of tho Provincial Suburban Bank for conspiracy. Sydney, September 15th.
The Governors of Victoria and Tasmania, with thoir Private Secretaries, arrived to-day. Tho Exhibition Building is com. ploted. Tho opening ceremony will take place on Wednesday, and protnisos to bo a grand spectacle.
