A CONTRADICTION. TO TUG EDITOR. Sir,— You published in your issue of Saturday last a letter, in which your correspondent states as follows ;—"1; — "1 asked Air. Fookes to got tho tow a people supplied with forms. He answered, that if they did not choose to do these things themselves, ho would not bother about them, and that there wero plenty of persons ho did not wish to sea upou tho roll at all."
