Saturday morning, 8 a.m. By the arrival of the ' Storm Bird,' we are placed in possession of Wellington and Wanganui papers, which contain telegrams of European news via Suez and Panama. Tho mails had both arrived at Wellington, and the Taranaki portion had been despatched by the ' Phoebe' via Nelson, and may be expected to arrive to-morrow.
