I guarantee a good article, and to be delivered as the parties contracting may think proper, between the 20th day of March and the 24th day of June ensuing, at any house or store in town, or on the beach for shipment. They 'will be delivered at high-water mark, and not "more than 20 tons delivered in one day — parties requiring the same for shipment to find sacks for that purpose.
