TIMATIU SKIN SALE. The usual forfcnigtly sale of wool and Jins was held at Timaru on ednesday lie catalogues being of fair size. The .ttendance of buyers and others interested ras good, and a brisk sale resulted, everyhing selling at top prices. Crossbred vool sold at Gd to 7d per lb, half-bred 6RI o- TiJ-d, merino Old to 7 Id. Crossbred kins changed hands at os od each, lambs it 2s Id, and pelts 9d to lid, CHRISTCHURCH STOCK MARKET. At the Addington yards on Wednesday here vrere good entries of stock. Fat Cattle—The fat cattle numbered 215, uostly steers. The sale commenced badly, mt improved on the appearance of a onthern dealer, who took several lines of teers for freezing purposes. Prices were— Jteers £5 2s Od to .£8 10s, heifers £1 to £B, ;ows £3 12s Od to £G 15s. Beef per 1001 b ■emains |3ractically the same as last week.
