Among the consignees were Anderson, Miles, Archer & Co., Priest & Holdgate, C.F.A., Taylor, Owers, Maslin & Co. Auckland, March 22. Arrived —Mararoa, s.s., from Sydney, with 288 passengers ; also Miowera, s.s., with 271 passengers. The Mararoa beat the Miowera in the race across by 3hrs. 15min. Wellington, March 20. The s.s. Tekoa, from Lyttelton (Jan. 25th) arrived at London on Saturday. Sydney, March 20. Sailed to-day R.M.S. Mariposa, for San Francisco via Auckland. Melbourne, March 20. Sailed on Saturday —Tarawera for the Bluff. Albany, March 20. Arrived Orient from Loudon. Passengers for New Zealand—Mr Nutting and Professor Gibson. London, March 20.
