The Irish members of the House of Commons have decided to demand that the Government shall fulfil its promises in regard to the measure. Mr Dillou says that if the people of Ulster choose to fight the Queen’s troops the residents of other part** of Ireland will merely look on as spectators. The Government are inquiring as to the facilities for extra barrack accommodation in Ulster in the event of it being found necessary to increase the number of troops. March 21.
