IT is hereby notified that the undermentioned SECTIONS are OPEN FOB LEASE for a Tam of THIRTY TEARS, W itl, t’ o T’IGHT OF RENEWAL for further it,urn of TWENTY-ONE YEARS, and that Applications will be received on 23rd NOVEMBER, 1886, for the said Leasee at the Land Offices, Christchurch and limaru, and also at the Courthouse, South Bakaia, where Mr March will attend to receive Applications and give information IT ia hereby notified that the undermentioned SECTIONS are OPEN FOR LEASE for a Term of THIRTY YEARS, with the RIGHT OF RENEWAL for further Terms of TWENTY-ONE YEARS, and that the Applications will be received on 24th NOVEMBER, 1886, for the said Leases, at the Land Offices, Christeburch and Timaru j and also at the Courthouse, Ashburton, where Mr March will attend to receive Applications and give information respecting them. IT is hereby notified that the undermentioned SECTIONS are OPEN FOR LEASE for a Term of THIRTY YEARS, with the BIGHT OP RENEWAL for further Terms of TWENTY-ONE YEARS, and that Applications will be received on the 25th NOVEMBER, 1886, for the said Leases at the Land Offices, Christchurch and Timaru; and also at the Courthouse, Tcmuka. Mr March will attend at the latter place to receive and give information with respect to Applications. SOUTH RANGITATA TOWNSHIP. The only charge for the Lease will be a lee of 10s. TT'/ RITTEN TENDERS, under sealed covers, will be received for the PERPETUAL LEASE of the undermentioned RESERVE, under Part IV. of the Land Act, 1885, up to 10 a.m. on 26th NOVEMBER, 1886, addressed to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Christchurch, and endorsed “ Tender for Perpetual Lease of Reserve 2033, on south bank of Orari River, near Geraldine.” Every lender must be accompanied by a declaration, six months’ rent, and a fee of 30s. Should there be two or more tenders of the same amount for the same section, the right to occupy will be decided, by lot. The tenders will be opened at the meeting of the Land Board on the second day of December, 1886. RESERVE 2033, 81a Ir Op, upset annual rental £lO 3s 2d.
