The additional Shares proposed to be issued will rank from the flrat of July, 1884, in the same proportion with the first issue as to Dividends, viz , from July to December, for six months. The Directors would earnestly invite the co operation of Farmers and other Gentlemen interested in the welfare of South Canterbury to liberally take up the Shares, so as to allow the fulltst development of this most important local industry, be'ievmg it to be of the greatest interest to Farmers and" I and Proprietors to support the Company.
