REPRIMAND FOR AN OFFICER. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. London, Nov. 14. The Devonport court-martial reprimanded Captain Claude Hermon-Hodge for negligently stranding and negligently hazarding the British sloop Hastings, which grounded on a Red Sea reef when rushing from Hodeida for Port Sudan because rabies was feared aboard as the result of three of the crew being bitten by a mad cat.
