Rosita Moreno was recently signed by Paramount to play one of the leading feminine roles in “The Scoundrel,” the film drama that marks Noel Coward’s film debut. She will vie for feminine honours with Julie Haydon, Martha Sleeper and Hope Williams, the four actresses appearing in the parts of Coward’s sweethearts.
