Flandin and Signor Mussolini, which assures that a decision can immediately become effective, _ • The Daily Telegraph’s diplomatic correspondent says Mr. MacDonald and Sir John Simon will be accompanied by Viscount Cranborne and Mr. William Strang, who was with Mr. Eden at Moscow. A political correspondent of the Daily Express states that Britain will propose a pact for the limitation of. military aircraft, including a clause for military assistance in thO air. The conference will meet at Castle Borromo, perched on the height of Isola Bella Island in Lake Maggiore. Journalists will not be allowed to visit the island during the conference. The Daily Mail’s political correspondent says the British Cabinet’s Stresa conference plan urges the immediate conclusion of an air convention including Germany. If agreement is not obtainable on this Britain would be prepared to accept a convention with the sole purpose of limiting the number of 1 military machines possessed by individual Powers.
