Wireless wave length changes to the new Lucerne plan, affecting 200 European stations, have been successfully inaugurated. Since midnight the ether has been alive with tests tirelessly repeated in order to enable the central listening station at Brussels to check the accuracy of the new ranges and suggest adjustments.
