SKELETON NEAR POISONED WATER Perth, Jan. 11. The police to-day received a report from Carnarvon, stating that on December 24 a drover reported finding a skeleton about 24 miles north of Carnarvon. A police party found the skeleton of a man clothed in shirt, singlet and trousers, with • boots and hat nearby. . The man had made preparations for camping before his death. The place where the skeleton was lying was about 59 yards from where a tin of water containing arsenic and soda was found on December 14 by a drover and two natives. They drank some of the water, and all became ill, one of the natives dying. It is thought that Blake found the same tin and drank some of its contents.
