PUBLIC INTEREST CONTINUES

AUCKLAND TAXI MURDER CASE. FURTHER REPORTS BY CITIZENS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night The taxi-cab murder case in which James Hunter Blair was killed in Mount Roskill last Sunday morning was still unsolved at the conclusion of to-day’s inquiries. That public interest and concern have been maintained in the case was still evident from further reports offered to the police by citizens willing to assist. The search for a possible weapon was continued without result and a large staff of investigators concerned with interviewing informants and other persons likely to contribute some point of interest was busily engaged throughout the city and suburbs.
