Messrs. Robert Bell and R. B. Bell have disposed of their shares in the Timaru Post Co. Ltd. Mr. E. Darroch, who has been manager for the company for a number of years, and who has now acquired an interest in the new business, has succeeded Mr. R. B. Bell as managing director.
