The John left Wanganui, en route from southern ports, yesterday- morning. She is due this morning to discharge and should sail for Port Waikato this afternoon. (Hooker Bros.). The Totara loaded at Wellington yesterday for New Plymouth and is due to discharge 200 tons of general cargo. She should sail this afternoon for Wellington. (U.S.S. Co.). ■ The Karepo is due at New Plymouth from Westport on Sunday. She is to discharge 200 tons of coal and sail for Wellington on Monday. (U.S.S. Co.). The Holmglen is to load at Dunedin on Monday for New Plymouth, via Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Nelson and Wanganui, and is due on July 30. ■(Hooker Bros.) ■ The Opihi is to load at Dunedin about Monday for New Plymouth, via Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington and Picton, and is due about July 30. (U.S.S. Co.). ’ The Mahurangi arrived at New Plymouth from Mokau early yesterday afternoon. She is to return to Mokau today after discharging a quantity of coal. (Mokau oCllieries Ltd.).

The Hauturu, after discharging Onehimga cargo at New Plymouth yesterday sailed for Wanganui in the afternoon to put out the remainder. She is due at New Plymouth from Onehunga again next Tuesday. (Northern Co.). MOVEMENTS OF OVERSEAS SHIPS. CARGO FROM PACIFIC COAST. The Union Company’s motor vessel Hauraki is to clear Los Angeles on August 5 with Pacific Coast cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, New Plymouth, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Australia. She is due at New Plymouth on September .1. GABRIELLA FROM SYDNEY. The intercolonial steamer Gabriella is to load at Newcastle on August 2 and Sydney on August 4 for New Plymouth, Wanganui and Gisborne. She is due at New Plymouth about August 10. TONGARIRO'S, SAILING DATE. . The New Zealand Shipping Company advises that the. steamer Tongariro is to leave London on November 2 for Lyttelton, Dunedin, Bluff and New Plymouth. She is due at New Plymouth about December 23. TAMAROA CLEARED CURACAO. Reported to have cleared Curacao on Tuesday, the Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Tamaroa, which loaded at New Plymouth last month, is en route from Wellington to London. She sailed from Wellington on June 24, LOADING OF THE CAMBRIDGE. To complete loading for London and West Coast ports of Great Britain, the Federal. Line steamer Cambridge is to sail for Gisborne, Napier and Lyttelton at noon to-day. She is scheduled to leave Lyttelton for London,' via Panama, on July 31. . OPAWA CLEARED DAKAR. En route from Liverpool to Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin, the New Zealand Shipping Company’s motorship Opawa is reported to have cleared Dakar last Tuesday. She is scheduled to reach Auckland on August 16. ASHBURTON DUE AT WELLINGTON. The Ashburton was to sail for Auckland yesterday afternoon tor Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Australia to complete unloading cargo from American and Gulf of Mexico ports. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS.
