INJURIES AT RUGBY FOOTBALL.

A member of the Stratford Technical Sigh School first fifteen, R. Richardson, sustained a broken collarbone When his earn was playing Inglewood yesterday. Another member of the team, Norman Davey, suffered an injured thigh and had io be carried off. School won in spite of this weakening by 27 points to 0, but will feel the loss of Richardson, one of the best forwards, and Davey in the forthcoming inter-school matches. In the first junior game at Midhirst L McCready and J. Carryer (Celtic) were both hurt, McCready leaving the field with a sprained knee while Carryer continued playing after a deep cut in his head had been bandaged. None of the injured required hospital treatment. ADVERTISERS’ ANNOUNCEMENTS. The cantata “Rolling Seasons,” which St. Andrew’s Presbyterian choir presented at Stratford recently, will be given again at the Town Hall on Sunday night in aid of the Mayor’s relief fund.
