NEW ZEALAND REGISTRATIONS. COMPARATIVE FIGURES GIVEN. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Official figures comparing the number of motor vehicles licensed in New Zealand between June 30, 1932, and June 30, 1933, disclose a decrease of 4449, or 2.938 per cent. Only one increase is to be found in the list, and that is in respect to motor trucks in the South Island, for which the percentage increase is 2.5. Altogether 146,992 motor vehicles were licensed in New Zealand on June 30 this year and 151,441 at the corresponding date last year.
