MANCHUKUO MONARCHY
COMMISION’S RECOMMENDATION.
COLLABORATION WITH JAPANESE.

The Heingking constitution drafting commission has agreed in accordance with the general wishes of the people that Manchukuo should become a constitutional monarchy. It is expected that after collaboration with Japanese experts Henry Puyi, the present president, will ascend the throne at an appropriate moment.
