NEW WELLINGTON BUILDING

LAMBTON QUAY FRONTAGE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, July 13. Plans have been prepared for the ownners of Hallenstein Bros. Ltd. for a new building on a section of 60ft. frontage in Lambton Quay, near the Kelbum cable tram. The section has a depth of 100 feet. The structure will be two floors at present, but the foundations will provide for a six-floor building. It is expected that when certain formalities have been completed the work will proceed forthwith.
