NEW PLYMOUTH COURT SITTING.
Judgment for plaintiff by oefault was given in the following undefended claims for debt heard by Mr. W-JI. Woodward, S.M., in the New Plymouth Police Court yesterday:—Commissioner of Taxes v. Bertram Y. Bolton, £7 0s 9d (costs 15s), J. T. Julian and Son v. Henry Pickering, £2 9s 6d (£1 3s 6d); Weston and Billing v. R. J. Parr, £1 12s 6d (14?); J. W. L. Buchanan v. Patrick Hynes, £4 (8s); E. G. Pearce v. separate estate of M. J. Clarke, £32 6s 7d (£4 Is 6d); Alfred Handley v. C. S. Taylor, £1 12s costs only; J, A. R. McGregor and S. W. Ferguson v. B. W. Harvey, 9s costs only.
Under judgment summons proceedings Edward Roebuck was ordered to pay Darby and Hannan Ltd. £4 16s forthwith, in default five days’ imprisonment,
