NEW PLYMOUTH HARRIERS

SUCCESSFUL DANCE HELD. The New Plymouth Harrier Club held its first social evening of the season last night, when a successful dange took place in the Mon Desir rooms. Between 30 and 40 couples were present and spent an enjoyable' time to the music of Miss Martin’s orchestra. The Monte Carlo waltz was won by Miss E. List and Mr. N. Rennie. The social committee of the club responsible for the organisation of the dance consists of Messrs. C. Robertson, H. S. Kingston, A. W. Lander (hon. secretary), L. E. Fox and J. Crombie. The two last-named were masters of ceremonies.
