WEEKLY EUCHRE PARTY

There was a large attendance for the euchre and dance held in tire Otangiwai hall on Friday last. The ladies’ first prize was again won by Miss V. Chaytor, 12J games, while Mr. E. Fauchelle and Mr. J. Higgie tied for the men’s prize with 111 games, Mr. Fauchelle winning the play-off. The ladies’ consolation was won by Miss Wensor and men’s by Mr. T. Lawler. The ladies aggregate was won by Mrs. L. S. Faucbelle with 60 games, Miss E. McDougall with 57 games being runner-up. The men’s aggregate prize was won by Mr. E. Fauchelle with 651 games, Mr. L. Julian with 64 games being runner-up.
