The Holmglen loaded at Dunedin on Friday and Timaru on Saturday, will call at Lyttelton to-day, Wellington March 14 and Wanganui March 15, and is scheduled to arrive at New Plymouth on March 16, proceeding later to Port Waikato. (Hooker Bros.) The John is to load at Dunedin on Thursday, Timaru on Friday, Lyttelton on' Saturday, Wellington on March 20, Wanganui on March 21, arriving at New Plymouth on March 22. (Hooker Bros.) The Opihi arrived at New Plymouth yesterday morning with 620 tons of transhipments ex Wainui, Monowai, Canadian Victor and Canadian Scottish. The vessel will sail at noon to-day for Wellington and Dunedin, where she will load again for New Plymouth on Thursday. (U.S.S.-Co.)

The Totara arrived at New Plymouth yesterday with 345 tons of coal to discharge. She will leave New Plymouth to-day for a southern port. (U.S.S. Co.). The Hauturp sailed for Wanganui on Friday night and will later return to Onehunga, whence she is due on Wednesday. (Northern Co.). The Canopus is due at New Plymouth from Westport on Wednesday with a large quantity of coal for discharge. The vessel will sail later for Auckland. (Westport Coal Co.) MOVEMENTS OF OVERSEAS SHIPS. PORT HARDY DUE TO-MORROW. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Hardy is due at New Plymouth from Brisbane on Thursday to load 10,200 boxes of butter, 5900 crates of cheese and 24,000 freight carcases of meat. She will complete at Wellington, Picton, Napier and Auckland, clearing the last-named port on April 2 for London, via Montevideo. CARGO FROM AUSTRALIA. The steamer Kartigi is to leave Adelaide on Tuesday and Melbourne on March 17 for Auckland, Napier, Wellington, New Plymouth and Tarakohe. PICTON FERRY SERVICE, On Monday the steamer Tamahine will be placed on the slip at Wellington for cleaning and painting, and in consequence she will not sail for Picton until midnight that evening. She will then commence her winter time-table, leaving Wellington on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and Picton on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. H.M.S. DUNEDIN AT WELLINGTON. H.M.S. Dunedin, which left New Plymouth at 6.30 o’clock on Thursday evening after having made a stay here of five days, arrived at Wellington at 7 a.m. yesterday, after a voyage of 12J hours. i KALINGO FOR NEW PLYMOUTH. The inter-colonial steamer Kalingo is to leave Newcastle on March 29 for New Plymouth direct. She has 300 tons of coal and a quantity of timber for discharge here and her other New Zealand ports of discharge are Wellington and Gisborne. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS.
