Mrs. T. E. Roberts is spending a short holiday at Wellington. Miss E. Jones is visiting her sister, Mrs. M. Southcombe, Manutahi. \ Mrs. R. E. Moore is on a holiday visit to New Plymouth. Miss M. Hamerton has returned from Wellington.

Nurse Lee, who has been visiting friends at Wanganui, has returned. Sister Nicholl and Nurse Barber have returned from a holiday spent with Nurse Barber’s parents at Maxwell. Mrs, Stan Davidson, Opaku. is at New Plymouth; , Mrs. A. McPhee, Wellington, who has been visiting her mother, Mrs. I. Nansett, has returned home. Mrs. Godfrey was the guest of Mrs. W. H. Walton at the vicarage this week. Miss V. Pratley, who has been the guest of Mrs. Locker at Hurleyville, left this moniing for Petone. Mrs. C. Beauchamp has returned from a holiday at New Plymouth. /Miss H. Papps lias left on a visit to Blenheim, where she will be the guest of Miss M. Moore, formerly of Patea. Miss H. Boyle, who has been visiting her sister at Levin, has returned. Miss Lietz, Whenuakura, has received notice of transfer to Whitford, near Auckland. Miss Barbara Hills has left on a holiday visit to New Plymouth.

Miss Bremer is visiting friends at Wellington. Miss Wall returned home during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Lovegrove are spending their annual vacation at Castlecliff. Mr. and Mrs. Manery, Auckland, who have been the guests of Mrs. Nicholls, left for the Waikato at the beginning of the week.
