GERMANY AND DISARMAMENT. DECISION DEPENDS ON FRANCE. By Telegraph—Preaj Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 11.25 p.m. Geneva, Nov. 22. Sir John Simon and Baron von Neurath had a lengthy conference to-day regarding Germany’s return to the Disarmament Conference. It is understood Baron von Neurath said the decision depended on France’s falling into line with Britain.
