CLIFTON COUNTY COUNCIL. . MOHAKATINO LOAN 1933, £725. pUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Special Meeting of the Council held on Friday, the 4th day of November, 1932, it was resolved in pursuance of its powers under “The Counties’ Act 1920,” “The Local Authorities Empowering (Relief of Unemployment) Act 1926,” “The Local Bodies Loans Act 1926,” and any other Act and powers it enabling:— (1) THAT the Council proceed to raise a loan of SEVEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE POUNDS (£725) for the purpose of providing work for unemployed and for reforming and metalling portions of the Mohakatino Road within the said County and of re-paying to the General Fund of the said Council the sum of THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-TWO POUNDS TEN SHILLINGS (£362 10s) already paid towards such work. (2) THAT such loan shall be called the Mohakatino Loan 1933, ,£.725. (3) THAT the currency of the said loan shall be for a period not exceeding 20 years from the Ist day of March, 1932, and that interest be paid at such rate or rates as shall not produce to lenders a rate exceeding FIVE POUNDS FIFTEEN ■ - SHILLINGS (£5 15s) per centum per annum and that a sinking fund of not less than THREE POUNDS (£3) per centum per annum shall be established for the repayment of the loan. (4) THAT the security for the said loan shall be a special rate of Id in the £1 over the Mohakatino Special Rating Area being Sections 1 and 2 of Block 4 Tainui Survey District, Section 1 of Block 1 Waro Survey District, Sections IAI and IA2 of Mokau-Mohakatino Block Block 4 Tainui Survey District, Lot 6 Deposited Plan 3223 Block IV.
