/ London, Nov. 8. Mrs. J. A. MMlison has completed her arrangements to fly to Cape Town. She will leave Lympne shortly after midnight if the weather is suitable. She hopes to beat Mollison’s record. The Air Ministry told her that it was unable to induce France to waive the regulations requiring trans-Sahara fliers to deposit £l3OO for the cost of a possible search or salvage by military aeroplanes.
