MEETING OPENS TO-DAY. REVIEW OF THE FIELDS. ((By “Hurry On.”) . The spring meeting of the Whangarei. Racing Club will open to-day, when good fields will contest all events. Most of the horses raced at the meeting at Ellerslie on Saturday and. Monday, and that form usually works out well. / , • ' . In the Cup field are three recent winners in King’s Archer, Royal Artist and Bronze Tray,? but Royal Artist is regarded as a doubtful starter.
