' AGREEMENTS AT OTTAWA.

Rec. 5.5 p.m. Ottawa, Nov. 7. “The Liberal Party will not consider itself bound by any policy initiated by the present Government in connection with, the Imperial Conference agreements,” Mr. W. L. Mackenzie King declared in the House of Commons to-day, following a declaration by Mr. R. B. Bennett (Prime Minister) that while Parliament was entirely free and untrammelled he considered that the Canadian Parliament was in honour bound to observe the agreements.
