Sir, —I am greatly interested in a letter that appeared in your columns recently over the signature of Poultryman No. 2. The disclosures made therein are such as to cause considerable alarm to poultry farmers generally. No doubt your correspondent will be only too pleased to supply through the Press the name of the firm or firms referred to, so that suppliers of eggs will know who is guilty of unfair dealing.—l am, etc.,
